Job Summary
Map and document end-to-end People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, developing standardized documentation including SOPs, process maps, and RACI matrices. Monitor post-implementation performance to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with global policies, data privacy, and compliance standards like GDPR. Collaborate with People Partners, Centers of Excellence, and the People Technology team to gather requirements and support automation and digital enablement initiatives. This 12-month fixed-term role sits within the Global People Operations team, focusing on optimizing workflows to enhance the global delivery experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years' experience in HR process improvement, HR operations, or Shared Services
- Proven experience in process mapping, documentation, and workflow optimization
- Strong knowledge of global HR processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, payroll support)
- Familiarity with HR technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt certification preferred
- Experience working on HR transformation or system implementation projects preferred
