Job Summary
Product Owner for the managed investments platform; translate customer/advisor needs into clear outcomes and measurable metrics, write high-quality epics and user stories with acceptance criteria, manage and prioritize backlogs, partner with product managers, designers, data teams, and controls to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable features; drive agile ceremonies, define product health metrics (adoption, engagement, SLA/SLOs, latency, NPS/CSAT, advisor efficiency, error rates), and enable change management with enablement materials and release notes; collaborate across risk, legal, and control functions to meet data protection and third-party risk standards; contribute to multi-release roadmaps and quarterly planning; emphasize interoperability across advisor tools, data pipelines, and client-facing experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a closely related role in financial services, fintech, or enterprise platforms.
