Job Summary
Coordinate RFQs, RFPs, and commercial proposals to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery across Oximio's global service portfolio. Maintain standard quotation templates, pricing models, and approval processes while supporting the Head of Quotation & Pricing and Business Development teams. Partner with Operations, Finance, Quality, and Project Management to create competitive, operationally realistic proposals and analyze quotation performance, conversion rates, and market insights. Optimize quotation workflows and tools to drive continuous improvement in global commercial processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Pharma, or a related field
- Fluent English knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Commercial or pricing-related qualification
- Experience working with RFQs/RFPs and supporting commercial proposals
- Experience within pharmaceutical services, healthcare logistics, supply chain, or an international service environment
- Strong analytical mindset and commercial understanding
- Advanced Excel skills
- experience with CRM platforms or pricing tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functions and regions
