Job Summary
Scale global Power Integrity capabilities in SEA and the Americas while evolving lab expansion strategy and managing capacity for data center performance. Coach multidisciplinary teams on simulating, developing, and verifying power solutions for 800+V, 20+kA server racks, guiding design, validation, and characterization of power conversion and delivery systems. Lead concept and design reviews to ensure simulation models correlate with measured lab data, driving high-value development projects that interface with large customer groups. Manage technical collaboration to align internal efforts with customer requirements, resolving electrical issues through hands-on testing and root cause analysis. Spend 25% of time traveling to support geographically dispersed teams and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience
- Approximately 10 years of electrical engineering work experience
- +5 years in power conversion and distribution
- 5 years in global leadership
- Global management of customer requirements
- Experience in technical customer VOC
- Experience using electrical design tools and software packages such as Spice, Allegro, Power DC, Ansys Q3D
- Knowledge of voltage converter architecture
- Comfortable using different instruments such as network analyzer, oscilloscope, signal generator, scope and other related test equipment to measure the eye diagram
- Self-motivating with the ability to take the initiative to accomplish tasks with limited direction
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated skill in leading, developing and managing team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Effectively able to build relationships with external customers and industry leaders as well as internally across all levels, disciplines, and geographies
- Ability to spend 25% of your time traveling
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with High Voltage, 3-phase electrical systems is a plus
