Job Summary
Associate Program Manager within JPMorgan Chase’s Global Philanthropy team, supporting grantmaking strategy, market-specific business plans, data-driven insights, and executive-ready communications. Responsibilities include coordinating with Program Officers on grant-oriented objectives, drafting governance packets, managing Salesforce grant data, analyzing portfolio performance, developing data-driven presentations, coordinating special projects, and representing the firm at internal and external events. Requires collaboration with local leaders, ability to develop stakeholder relationships, and strong communication and organizational skills to drive impact across Southeast and expanding markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in program development, implementation, and/or policy
- Passion for Corporate Responsibility with knowledge of economic development, workforce readiness, financial capability, and/or community development
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to address complex issues creatively
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically about grantmaking, program design and implementation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort delivering presentations to diverse audiences
- Flexibility to prioritize, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Results orientation and initiative
