Global People & Talent Lead - BPO

Design and execute the global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives, leading the full-cycle recruitment process for international operations. Implement recruitment and employee experience metrics and KPIs while developing multicultural recruitment teams. Lead and develop retention, engagement, and employee wellbeing strategies, coordinating performance evaluation, development, and career path processes. Analyze talent metrics to anticipate risks and improve retention, acting as a strategic business partner for Customer Success, Operations, and regional leadership teams. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields, plus five years of experience in recruitment and talent management within BPO, IT, or global services companies. You must possess experience leading multicultural teams, implementing employee experience strategies, and managing talent KPIs using recruitment tools and ATS systems. Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above) is required, with Portuguese as a plus. The position offers a competitive salary as a contractor working 100% remotely from Colombia, Peru, Brazil, or Eastern Europe.
