Job Summary

The Global People Support Team Lead will provide strategic HR leadership to HR Operations, manage and develop a global team, and ensure an exceptional employee experience by simplifying key processes. Responsibilities include leading HR initiatives, driving service improvement activities, managing HR systems, overseeing employee data management, and tracking HR metrics for improvement. The role requires a minimum of 5+ years in people and operations management, a grad/post grad degree in human resources or a related discipline, and proficiency in communication and analytical skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of people and operations management experience
  • Grad/Post Grad in human resources or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in verbal & written communication in English
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook; MS Excel
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to analyze and identify patterns in large data sets
  • Decision making aptitudes based on given guidelines and in ambiguous contexts
  • Must be comfortable working with large data sets
  • Very good knowledge and experience in internet navigation and research

Desired Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in People Operations
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Confluence and Salesforce
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Data analytical & presentation skills
  • Written & Communication skills
