Global People Partner

Global People Partner supporting Payment Operations and Global Product Operations; partners with senior leaders to develop and execute people plans, build leadership capability, drive performance management, talent identification and succession, org design, workforce planning, and employee engagement; collaborates with Recruitment to forecast roles, leads DEI initiatives, analyzes people metrics, champions organizational development and change, and provides strategic guidance on Employee Relations across multi-site, cross-border operations; based in Budapest with a hybrid work arrangement and responsibility across global functions.
