Global Payroll Director

Drive process improvements and establish centralized governance for global payroll operations across U.S., EMEA, and APAC locations. Manage all payroll functions including policies, documentation standards, and oversight of regional operations for local and federal laws. Serve as subject matter expert on payroll compliance, specifically managing tax and wage and hour requirements. Foster an accountability and service culture while partnering with legal to navigate multi-jurisdictional compliance. This role requires a Certified Payroll Professional with 10+ years of progressive experience leading global teams. Hybrid schedule includes four days in Pittsburgh, PA.
