Job Summary
Global Payroll Clerk responsible for supporting global payrolls, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance across domestic and international processes, including journal entries, audits, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Benefits, and Finance. Key duties include validating payroll data, reconciling discrepancies, assisting with quarter-end and year-end reporting, handling expatriate payroll administration, and driving process improvements. Candidates should have payroll experience (international payroll preferred), strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of payroll accounting and tax compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in payroll processing or a related function
- Experience supporting payroll; exposure to international payroll is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and validate payroll data
- Foundational accounting knowledge or experience supporting payroll accounting processes
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
