Job Summary
Perform accurate monthly payroll calculations for all employee types, including vacation, sick leave, and terminations, while preparing and releasing pay slips. Ensure tax and statistical compliance by reporting, maintaining registers, and monitoring labor legislation to prepare news alerts and deliver webinars. Process payment orders via SWIFT and online banking, handle client billing, and serve as the primary point of contact with tax authorities. Analyze compensation data to assess taxability under various scenarios and assist colleagues in automating processes. Work under supervision to support payroll-related compliance inquiries and drive operational excellence for international and local clients. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial (although school-leavers with strong potential are also welcome)
- Prior internship or work experience in payroll, finance, or a related area is advantageous
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn, with a strong sense of responsibility
