Global Payroll Associate

Job Summary
Execute end-to-end payroll processing for UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai entities, ensuring compliance with local laws and timely submission of salaries, bonuses, taxes, and statutory payments. Manage vendor relationships for filings and reporting, while overseeing employee lifecycle changes and onboarding-related payments in partnership with HR. Establish and improve payroll controls, audit practices, and self-service resources to enhance accuracy and scalability. Collaborate with the US payroll team to maintain global standards and support the onboarding of new international entities. Assist with internal and external audits across jurisdictions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 8 years of relevant payroll experience
- significant hands-on experience running UK payroll
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements (PAYE, National Insurance, pension auto-enrolment, etc.)
- Experience managing payroll across multiple international jurisdictions

- Familiarity with payroll for Singapore and Hong Kong
