Global Payroll and Finance Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead design and implementation of post-payroll financial processes, GL integration, and compliance framework across Europe; develop project plans, KPIs, and stakeholder engagement for the payroll-to-general ledger pipeline; manage cross-functional collaboration between Information Technology, Finance, and Payroll to ensure data integrity; drive operational excellence and risk-based European tax compliance while coordinating with a global payroll centre of excellence. Responsible for planning lifecycle, mitigating financial and operational risks, and presenting health and accuracy dashboards to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management specifically within Payroll Accounting or Payroll Finance
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll cycles and general payroll accounting principles, including accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Regional expertise in managing payroll financial processes within Europe and navigating European regulatory compliance
- Project tooling proficiency to manage complex, multi-phase rollouts
- Strategic leadership with ability to architect new processes and build structured roadmaps
