Job Summary
Establish and optimize test automation frameworks across UI, API, and backend stacks to deliver complex software requirements. Lead test planning for cross-platform features, design comprehensive test cases, and manage execution of manual and automated suites while ensuring traceability to requirements. Drive defect management, resolve issues with developers, and maintain data compliance across all test environments. Manage associates, coach team members, and foster an inclusive culture aligned with enterprise standards.
Required Qualifications
- Exposure to financial systems such as core banking, payment processing, or investment platforms
- Familiarity with IBM iSeries (AS/400) tools and environments (e.g., SEU, PDM, DB2/400)
- Experience with RPG/400, Query/400, Control Language programming
- Familiarity with financial regulations for audit processes
- Knowledge of test automation tools or scripting languages
- Understanding of QA methodologies and financial data validation
- Knowledge of SQL and financial reporting systems
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- 1st shift (United States of America)
- 40 hours per week
Desired Qualifications
- Foreign currency knowledge on ACH, WIRE, P2C and drafts instruments for Global Bulk platform
- Wholesale and Retain Banknotes knowledge for Global Banknotes platform
