Job Summary
Global Payments Advisory Vice President role focused on treasury and finance transformation for large multinational clients. Responsibilities include developing and delivering treasury best practices, leveraging JPM product offerings (cash management, liquidity, FX, merchant acquiring, trade and working capital) to structure solutions for corporate clients; conducting treasury whiteboarding sessions; researching industry trends; building engaging campaigns and go-to-market plans to support pipeline growth; enhancing external visibility through JPMorgan events and thought leadership; coordinating with product to support roadmaps; coaching sales teams on treasury value propositions; and ensuring risk management and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes client-facing leadership, strategic solution design, cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Product, and overall contribution to growth targets.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience of working in a Corporate Treasury and Finance Function of large multinational corporation and/or treasury and finance transformation consulting experience
- Strong understanding of payment industry, banking infrastructure and corporate treasury technology platforms like TMS, ERPs and emerging payment rails
- Knowledge of cash management, liquidity management, trade and working capital management, cross-border payments, merchant acquiring, pay-ins and pay-outs, FX and Channels, Banking technology as well as concepts such as AI/ ML, Blockchain and Big Data
- Design thinking, process re-engineering and problem solving skills
- Client centric approach, strong business acumen, project management and organization skills
- Demonstrate best in class verbal and written communication skills, including influencing, networking and collaboration; Ability to work across teams and geographies
- Strong inter-personal skills that inspires/motivates the project team, instilling confidence and trust
