Job Summary
Executive Director in Global Payments Advisory leading treasury & finance transformation initiatives for North American clients, providing SME in treasury, payments solutions, client-facing advisory, developing go-to-market plans, thought leadership, and collaboration with Sales/Product to drive pipeline growth. Responsibilities include developing and delivering treasury best practices and market analyses, understanding and leveraging payments offerings (cash management, liquidity, FX, merchant acquiring, trade and working capital), conducting treasury whiteboarding sessions, shaping treasury & payment strategy, building engaging campaigns, participating in events, driving thought leadership content, gathering client feedback for product roadmap, coaching broader teams, and ensuring risk management and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, client engagement, cross-team collaboration, and leadership in shaping JPMorgan’s industry value proposition in payments and treasury.”,
Required Qualifications
- (10+ years) Prior experience of working in a Corporate Treasury and Finance Function of large multinational corporation and/or treasury and finance transformation consulting experience
- Strong understanding of payment industry, banking infrastructure and corporate treasury technology platforms like TMS, ERPs and emerging payment rails
- Good understanding of accounting, tax and regulatory considerations relevant in various treasury areas and ability to grasp emerging trends and articulate the implication to treasury
- Knowledge of cash management, liquidity management, trade and working capital management, cross-border payments, merchant acquiring, pay-ins and pay-outs, FX and Channels, Banking technology as well as concepts such as AI/ ML, Blockchain and Big Data
- Design thinking, process re-engineering and problem solving skills
- Client centric approach, strong business acumen, project management and organization skills
- Demonstrate best in class verbal and written communication skills, including influencing, networking and collaboration; Ability to work across teams and geographies
- Strong inter-personal skills that inspires/motivates the project team, instilling confidence and trust
