Global Parts Sales Manager

Job Summary
Manage and oversee the parts sales team to meet department objectives and company financial goals. Set short and long-term sales strategies, establish objectives, and track quantitative metrics to maximize revenue. Forecast annual sales goals, analyze trends, and provide monthly reports with the General Manager. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Warehouse managers on promotions, freight quotes, and inventory min/max levels. Ensure customer orders are processed timely, maintain accurate pricing in the Epicor system, and guarantee on-time, accurate billing. Provide leadership for new acquisitions and ensure compliance with corporate policies while delivering outstanding service to internal and external customers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 3 years minimum heavy machine sales or parts sales required
- 3 years minimum experience in mining, construction or automotive industry required
- Proved proficiency in SOP development and implementation
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills required
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
- Ability to produce a clear, detailed technical documents
- Ability to generate revenue forecasting documents and measure results against plan
- Experience with Epicor or similar ERP required
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer service and skilled at delivering clear and concise presentations
- Must be able to sit and stand at workstation
