Job Summary

Global Partner Program Manager drives the next phase of the established, global partner program across multiple partner types and routes-to-market. Owns program evolution and operational excellence, clarifying mechanics, improving partner experience, onboarding, governance, and a global operating rhythm. Collaborates cross-functionally with Partner Sales/Alliances, Marketing, Enablement, Operations, Product, Finance, and Systems to ensure measurable, scalable, and repeatable programs with clear KPIs and execution discipline. Responsibilities include building and evolving the program framework, governing documentation, global operating cadence (QBR/MBR), regional coordination, partner onboarding and activation, process optimization through workflow redesign and automation, systems alignment (CRM/PRM), creating scale-ready toolkits, evolving incentives and MDF governance, and producing executive-ready performance narratives. Requirements emphasize 8+ years in partner programs or equivalents, governance and enablement experience, cross-functional leadership, data-driven KPI thinking, and strong communication and analytical skills. Beneficial experience includes multi-motion partner ecosystems, MDF governance, PRM/CRM tooling, and global operating exposure.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in partner programs, alliances operations, or ecosystem program management in B2B technology
  • Demonstrated success improving and scaling an existing program—including governance, enablement, execution, and operational rigor
  • Strong cross-functional leadership in matrixed environments; able to drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Operations, Product, Finance, and Systems teams
  • Data-driven operator with comfort building KPIs, dashboards, and using performance insights to change program behavior
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear program guidance and executive updates
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for continuous optimization through data and insights
  • Experience spanning multiple partner motions (sell-with, sell-through, referral, services-led ecosystems)
  • Familiarity with MDF or partner investment governance and measurement
  • Experience with PRM/CRM tooling, workflow automation, and process mapping at scale
  • International/global operating experience across regions and time zones
