Global Partner Development and Coaching Lead

Global Partner Development and Coaching Lead responsible for implementing world-class partner development, senior leadership, and coaching solutions across a major global law firm. Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of leadership development programs, succession pipelines, and partner career milestones; drive adoption of AI and Clifford Chance's brand priorities; oversee coaching needs analyses, data insights, and ROI measurement; manage budgets and relationships with external providers; collaborate with Global Head of Partner Development, L&D, Talent, and Partners to align programs with business strategy and senior-level client leadership needs. Requires extensive experience in leadership development, executive coaching, stakeholder engagement across global matrixed environments, and a coaching certification from a recognized body (e.g. ICF, EMCC) is desired; strong facilitation, advisory credibility with senior partners/C-suite, and familiarity with professional services or law firm environments.
