Execute and optimise Paid Social campaigns across global markets in line with the global paid marketing strategy, with hands-on setup and ongoing performance management for channels including Meta and TikTok (and Reddit, Pinterest, Amazon, Google as needed). Collaborate with the wider Paid Media, eCommerce, analytics, CRM, and creative teams to ensure timely delivery, budget pacing, and ROI-focused results. Drive campaign testing across audiences, creatives, targeting, and structures, translating insights into actionable optimisations. Manage six-figure budgets, monitor daily/weekly performance, and contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to support revenue growth and brand visibility for the Elemis D2C website.
