Job Summary
Global Paid Media Creative Lead responsible for leading on the briefing process for paid media campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon), delivering global paid marketing strategy through high-quality creative to enhance brand and product awareness, education and conversion. Collaborates with in-house creative teams, leads monthly creative feedback sessions, explores newer creative types such as UGC and Influencers, stays updated on platform changes to adapt campaigns, and leverages data/insights to improve creative effectiveness, budget allocation, and performance. Strong emphasis on data-driven decision making, complex stakeholder collaboration, and cross-team coordination to ensure timely delivery of creatives and alignment with promotional calendar and product launches.
