Job Summary
Contribute to brand strategy and growth by delivering consumer, expert, market, and competitive insights to inform where to compete and how to win opportunities. Design concept evaluation and testing for claims, communications and assets based on deep understanding of consumer needs; translate complex data into clear narratives; contribute to tracking frameworks to measure brand health, campaign effectiveness, and innovation performance; collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to shape global Oral Health initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in global FMCG / Oral Health Insights & analytics roles
- Hands-on experience with relevant consumer learning methodologies
- Strong ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations with business value
- Familiarity with statistical software (e.g. SPSS, R, Python) or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience collaborating across functions and markets in a matrixed organization
