Global Oracle Practice Lead

Job Summary
Lead the growth and capability development of the Global Oracle practice by owning revenue goals, driving end-to-end presales, and establishing governance frameworks. Architect scalable Oracle Cloud solutions, engage clients in workshops and demos, and oversee delivery to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. Mentor a high-performing team of consultants and architects while identifying opportunities for account growth and cross-selling. Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to strengthen go-to-market strategies and align with Oracle roadmaps. This role offers a clear path to VP grade as the practice scales across Food, Pharma, and Industrial Manufacturing sectors.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Oracle applications with strong Oracle Cloud exposure
- 5+ years in leadership roles spanning practice management, presales or delivery
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud (OM, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, GOP, Costing and related modules) and adjacent capabilities
- Experience in leading and driving large and complex Oracle Cloud implementations and transformation programmes
- Proven presales experience, including solutioning, estimations and deal support
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence business and technical leaders
- Good commercial acumen with a focus on business outcomes
- Exposure to global delivery models
Desired Qualifications
- Oracle certifications are a plus
- Industry exposure across process manufacturing domains, particularly Food, Life Sciences, alongside Industrial Manufacturing, is strongly desirable
- experience with Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) is a distinct advantage
- Familiarity with AI enabled delivery and connected data and intelligence platforms is an advantage
