Job Summary
Support the design, improvement, and scale of operational processes, tools, and capabilities across the organization. Assist with documenting processes, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs); analyze workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement; support rollout of tools and resources, including communications, guides, and training; assist with data collection, basic reporting, and insight synthesis; collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback; participate in special projects related to operations, change management, and enablement; perform ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Operations, Human Resources, Analytics, Management, or a related field
