Job Summary
Guide planning and resource management across multiple Starlink verticals for product and change management, including developing business models. Identify initiatives to improve the business outlook by tracking and executing strategic projects with leadership. Lead implementation of process and system enhancements to improve handoffs, evolve the customer experience, and scale the business while balancing resources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build networks ensuring product compliance and define processes to support resource expansion while remediating change management gaps. Work with stakeholders to improve value streams and operation efficiencies for broader company impact. This role requires a Bachelor's in STEM or business, 2+ years in operations, and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python. Travel up to 50% is required, and extended hours or weekends may be necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance
- 2+ years of experience in operations/process improvements
- 2+ years of experience with Excel, SQL, and Python
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Must be willingness to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed
- U.S. citizen or national
- U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder)
- Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157
- Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158
- Eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated success working in an environment with competing priorities and aggressive schedules
- Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives
- Proficiency with statistics, data analysis, and data visualization
- Ability to define and manage a project independently
- Experience with inventory, product, capacity planning (including MRP/ERP systems)
- Experience with lean, six sigma, and other related production principles
- Experience using various programming languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, R, C#, SQL)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior business leaders
