Job Summary
The Data Analyst III partners with internal teams to understand business needs, analyze data, and support informed decision-making. Responsibilities include preparing, cleaning, and transforming datasets (including large or complex data), conducting intermediate statistical analyses to identify trends, and creating accessible visualizations using Tableau or Power BI tailored to the audience. You’ll lead small analytics efforts, manage projects with clear timelines and stakeholder alignment, and integrate data from multiple sources to communicate actionable insights. The role requires applying analytics best practices for data quality, documentation, reproducibility, and appropriate metric use, and leveraging approved AI tools to streamline routine tasks while ensuring accuracy. Strong SQL and Python skills, experience with data visualization, and the ability to translate complex topics for diverse audiences are essential, as is collaboration with peers and stakeholders and comfort with flexible working hours. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data science, mathematics, or related field
- Strong experience with SQL and Python
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI visualization tools
- Experience with intermediate statistical methods
- Familiarity with modern data platforms (Databricks or comparable environments)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage dependencies and contribute to structured project environments
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
