Job Summary
Global Operations Coordinator (GOC) handles inbound/outbound calls and emails, case management, and triage as the first point of contact for Crisis24 clients. Works in a fast-paced, frontline role supporting travelers and expatriates, coordinating with Medical and Security Operations Specialists, Claims, and client account teams. Responsible for adhering to SOPs, maintaining data integrity, and generating case management reports, while delivering professional, empathetic service and ensuring timely closure of cases. Hybrid in Annapolis, MD with a schedule that includes rotating shifts and 7-week training; strong emphasis on operational excellence, client liaison, and information security. Must be able to communicate effectively, multitask, and remain composed under pressure; experience in medical/security assistance or customer service is preferred; bilingual skills are an asset.
