Job Summary
Lead global operational excellence strategy for Cyber Security platforms, products, and services by designing enterprise production management frameworks, operating models, and governance processes. Establish and mature incident, problem, change, release, availability, capacity, resilience, and service management processes while driving operational transformation through AI and autonomous agent technologies. Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Security Operations, Risk, Audit, and Compliance teams to improve operational effectiveness and ensure regulatory readiness aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements. Develop KPI, SLA, and SLO frameworks to measure service performance, lead root cause analysis activities, and manage vendor relationships. Provide executive-level operational reporting and strategic recommendations while mentoring globally distributed teams. Work 8 AM – 5 PM local time with occasional Level 3 escalations, requiring 2–4 days in-office presence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business administration or related field
- 12+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Technology Operations or Engineering leadership
- 7+ years of experience in operational governance, production management, or service management leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience leading global teams and enterprise-scale operational programs
- Industry certifications such as ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CISM, CRISC or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), including certification and audit preparedness
- Experience within highly regulated industries such as financial services
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to improve operational efficiency and service quality
- Work shift is 8 AM – 5 PM local time with occasional Level 3 escalation resolution to support operational incidents
- This hybrid role includes an in-office presence requirement of 2–4 days per week, consistent with the organization's hybrid work policy
