Job Summary
The Operational Excellence IE Director leads global Industrial Engineering activities, driving manufacturing excellence and efficiency through best practices. Responsibilities include managing corporate IE directors' forum, overseeing cross-functional global projects for OEE improvements, establishing standardized analytical models for planning and KPI tracking, and implementing global procedures for operational management. The role requires extensive experience in semiconductor manufacturing, management skills, and strong analytical capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- B.S in Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering
- Extensive experience in semiconductor environment
- Management experience as director
- Wide experience in manufacturing and operations management techniques
- Ability to communicate with external and internal multi-cultural stakeholders
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Science (scheduling/dispatching, TOC, Lean, Push/Pull system, inventory management, capacity planning, etc.)
- High analytical skills and data driven
- Strong understanding of statistics, data analysis and problem-solving methodologies
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Experience in optimization, tool modeling and performance metrics
