Job Summary
Global Operational Account Management role acting as the single global operational authority for assigned Global Strategic Accounts, aligning regional operations with client needs, ensuring harmonized operating models, KPI frameworks, and margin governance across regions and sites. Responsibilities include governance of SLAs, standardizing operating models, driving performance improvements, supporting automation and digital enablement (WMS/TMS), RFQ/renewals andBook of Business transformations, providing executive-level reporting, and ensuring safety, quality, compliance, and regulatory standards globally. Requires 10+ years in logistics operations with multi-region experience, strong commercial/financial acumen, experience with automation and digital logistics solutions, and exceptional stakeholder management. The role collaborates with Global VP Operations Account Management, Global and Regional Operations leadership, and Commercial teams to safeguard profitability, scalability, and long-term account sustainability, and participates in executive QBRs with a focus on operational insights and client engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in logistics operations, with global or multi-region experience
- proven track record in managing strategic accounts and complex supply chains
- strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing margin, productivity and contract sustainability
- experience working with automation, WMS, TMS and digital logistics solutions
- strong governance, project management and change leadership capabilities
- executive presence with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
