Job Summary

Global Offering & Product Management Leader for Chillers responsible for driving global offer strategy, GTM execution, and customer engagement for Chilled Water solutions (Chillers, CRAH, Thermal Walls). Leads a global customer-facing team, collaborates with Sales, Strategic Accounts, Consultants, and internal stakeholders to shape competitive offers, support complex projects, and accelerate growth across regions. Roles requires strong commercial acumen, technical understanding, and the ability to operate at the interface between customers, sales, engineering, and operations. Responsibilities include owning offer quotations post Gate 3, assessing market dynamics, defining GTM strategies for new offers and geographic zones, supporting tendering and large-scale project bidding, managing backlog/forecast/SIOP, ensuring PO compliance, and driving cross-functional leadership across regions. Travel 40-50% expected. Location: Westerville, OH, USA. This role is not sponsorable for work authorization in the United States.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in global product and/or offer management, preferably within HVAC, Thermal, or Data Center infrastructure markets.
  • Strong knowledge of Chilled Water technologies (Chillers, CRAH, heat rejection systems, Thermal Walls).
  • Demonstrated success in customer facing roles, strategic accounts, and complex commercial negotiations.
  • Experience with ETO environments, tendering processes, and large scale project execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing global, cross regional teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently (40–50%). Travel will be arranged with advanced notice.

Desired Qualifications
