Job Summary
Develop and execute global service network expansion plans by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding service partners, workshops, and authorized providers in international markets. Define global standards for facilities, tools, equipment, and staffing while managing contract negotiations and partner performance. Establish and monitor after-sales processes for maintenance, repair, warranty, and roadside assistance, ensuring compliance with operational standards, KPIs, and SLAs. Analyze operational performance to drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally with Technical, Parts, Quality, Training, and Customer Experience teams. Provide on-site operational support, coaching, and process implementation in new markets, resolving complex operational and customer service issues overseas. Prepare regular performance reports and recommend strategic improvements to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role requires Vietnamese nationality, a bachelor's degree in automotive or related engineering, and at least five years of experience in automotive after-sales or service network development.
Required Qualifications
- Vietnamese nationality
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive after-sales, service operations, or service network development
- Strong English proficiency (professional working level required)
- Willingness and readiness to relocate and work overseas long-term
- Strong ability to work in multicultural, international environments
