Job Summary
Global Network Coordinator – Operations Communication and Data responsibilities include owning global operational alert communication to enable timely decision-making across the network, acting as a central coordination point for global requests, shaping and improving cross-functional communications, and driving alignment on standards and messaging across regions. The role requires contributing as an SME to projects, translating complexity into clear direction, coordinating with multiple offices, and enabling execution through structured content and tools (e.g., SharePoint, templates). Ideal candidates have experience in an operational logistics role (healthcare preferred), strong cross-regional collaboration, proactive ownership, and excellent English communication skills. A role for an all-rounder who can connect communication with data and operational structure across a global network.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an operational role within specialized logistics (healthcare preferred)
- Strong ability to translate complexity into clear communication and direction
- Experience working across regions, stakeholders, and functions in a global environment
- A structured, proactive mindset with ownership of topics end-to-end
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
