Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of global mobility clients, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services on international assignments, tax residence, cross-border moves, remote working, and tax equalisation. Provide practical, commercially focused advice and lead engagements to ensure delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Build strong client relationships as a trusted adviser while reviewing junior team members' work to provide coaching and technical guidance. Collaborate across the AU and global network to translate developments in international tax legislation into practical client solutions and identify opportunities to expand existing relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Practical experience within Global Mobility Tax
- Expatriate Tax or Employment Tax
- AU tax technical knowledge
- Experience advising clients on international mobility matters
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience reviewing work and supporting the development of junior team members
- A collaborative approach
- Willingness to contribute to team and business growth
- An interest in using technology and data to improve the client experience and drive efficiencies
