Global Mobility Tax Associate

Job Summary
Support employees on international assignments by helping manage their tax responsibilities. Prepare and file tax returns for globally mobile employees. Provide tax advice on assignments, payroll, and social security. Collaborate with HR and Finance on payroll tax matters. Advise employees on tax obligations and policies. Analyze compensation data and optimize tax positions. Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor international tax developments and conduct research. Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders. Manage client engagements, including billing and KPIs. Act as main client contact, ensuring service quality. Support global mobility tax strategies for clients.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in law, (Applied) Economics, Business Administration, Commerce or a bachelor's degree in accountancy/taxation
- 1–2 years of professional experience
- Fluency in Dutch or French and English
- Attention to detail and strong writing skills
- Numerical acumen and analytical mindset
- Ability to work in an international environment
