Job Summary
Manage U.S. immigration and international transfer cases, including assessments, initiations, and PERM process support. Liaise with employees, candidates, and managers on immigration and relocation inquiries while acting as a subject matter expert for customers and partners. Create educational content, communications, and training materials. Resolve complex issues through stakeholder discussions that balance business needs, employee experience, and risk. Partner with cross-functional internal teams and external suppliers to develop process and system improvements. Provide coverage for teammates and participate in cross-training. Deliver mobility services per established global mobility processes. This role is hybrid (2–3 days onsite) based in San Jose, CA. You'll join Adobe on a contract opportunity through NextDeavor with potential for extended or permanent full-time employment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5 years' U.S. immigration experience, including H-1B Cap and PERM
- Experience with J-1 visa processes
- Strong U.S. immigration knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply excellent judgment
Desired Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relocation/mobility experience
- Experience with systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, SharePoint, and AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot)
- Vendor management experience
