Job Summary
Global Mobility Specialist responsible for governance and operations of the Mission Technologies Global Mobility Center of Expertise (COE), providing division-wide governance, consultation, and operational support across all global regions. Lead the development and implementation of mobility policies, templates, and tools; serve as the enterprise SME for mobility governance, risk mitigation, country requirements, and compliance; coordinate with regional specialists to ensure consistent execution; manage end-to-end employee assignments including onboarding, repatriation, and OCONUS deployment support; centralize relocation processes and administer expatriate compensation, housing allowances, relocation reimbursements, and tax equalization; ensure contract, immigration, relocation, and payroll compliance; collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Global Payroll, Legal, and external relocation providers; drive continuous improvement and data reporting capabilities with HRIS/Intelligence teams; hybrid work based in Fairfax or Virginia Beach, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in HR operations
- Minimum 4 years of experience in global mobility program support
