Job Summary
Manage end-to-end global mobility operations for relocating employees, handling payroll, benefits, immigration, and local registrations including housing, schooling, and insurance. Partner with business HR and Talent teams to assess assignment requests, draft Global Mobility SOPs, and mitigate compliance risks across jurisdictions. Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to process visas, track assignment durations, and maintain audit-ready documentation. Monitor mobility costs, manage expatriate insurance, and support structured repatriation while ensuring timely onboarding and settlement in host countries.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of Excel and HR programs/systems
- Knowledge of international immigration laws, tax regulations, and employment policies
- Familiarity with various types of work permits, visas, and relocation processes
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, managers, and external partners across geographic locations
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured environment
- Team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Strong ethics, demonstrated discretion, and sound judgment while working with sensitive and confidential information
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of ownership and accountability
