Job Summary
Global Mobility Manager responsible for designing and delivering mobility programmes that support business objectives and growth across the GTIL network. Leads global mobility strategy, manages visa sponsorships and renewals, and partners with immigration specialists to ensure compliance and timely execution. Provides guidance to outbound/inbound assignees, oversees supplier and process management, drives continuous improvement, and engages senior stakeholders to align mobility with business priorities. Hybrid-working arrangement in the UK (Birmingham, Southampton, Milton Keynes, Manchester) with a focus on operational excellence, compliance, and a seamless international hire experience.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, Resourcing or a related People function
- Strong knowledge of UK immigration rules and procedure related to the usual employer visa routes (e.g. Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, EU Settled Status, Dependants, Youth Mobility etc.)
- Ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders in a complex organisation
- Experience with reporting on global mobility and immigration activity
- Experience with end-to-end global mobility activity (international assignments, visa renewals, sponsorship)
- Collaboration with Talent & Recruitment, People Services and Security Vetting or other internal teams
- Experience managing external suppliers and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
- Flexible working and balance between work and life
