Global Missions Pastor - Central

Lead the Missions leadership team on strategy development and execution plans for global engagement, cross-cultural leadership, missionary care, and ministry strategy. Provide direction to the Missions Pastor on missional strategies for the Strategic Launch Network, manage international partner relationships, and coordinate country teams with eventual regional responsibility. Improve the mission trip experience through team leader recruitment, training, and spiritual care while leading all internal and external communications including web, social media, and the annual offering campaign. Develop a leadership metric dashboard to measure strategy achievement and create an international scorecard complementary to local strategy. Shepherd global pastors through coaching and accountability, ensure partnerships honor local leadership, and execute a multi-year global mobilization plan. Requires 5+ years of leadership experience, prior pastoral experience, and international travel.
