Job Summary

Global Medical Logistics Manager responsible for leading and standardizing medical logistics, property accountability, and supply chain across multiple deployed sites (CONUS/OCONUS). Oversees DME, Class VIII supplies, and PPE; ensures FAR/DFARS property compliance; maintains audit-ready documentation; manages scalable logistics data systems (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, A2B Tracking UC! Web); supervises distributed teams and conducts site inspections with ~20% travel; develops SOPs, inventory control plans, and inspection checklists; mitigates risk and maintains chain-of-custody for sensitive equipment; interfaces with government stakeholders (COR, PA) to ensure operational readiness and accountability across programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior U.S. military service in logistics, supply chain, or medical logistics
  • Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (E-7 to E-9) or Company-Level Officer experience
  • Secret security clearance
  • 10 years of position-relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, Military Science, or a related field
  • Experience working with logistics databases
  • Property accountability and asset management
  • History with detailed tracking and reporting of medical assets and equipment
  • Must meet one of the following: Recently transitioned from military service with exposure to enterprise or contractor environments OR prior experience working in a government contractor or defense logistics role
  • Demonstrated experience with: Property accountability (Primary Hand Receipt Holder or equivalent)
  • Serialized inventory and equipment tracking
  • Multi-site or distributed logistics operations
  • Experience interfacing with government stakeholders (COR, PA, or equivalent)
  • Ability to travel internationally (~20%) and operate in austere environments

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, Military Science, or a related field
  • Experience with logistics databases
  • Property accountability and asset management
  • Serialized inventory and equipment tracking
  • Multi-site or distributed logistics operations
  • Experience interfacing with government stakeholders (COR, PA, or equivalent)
  • Ability to travel internationally (~20%) and operate in austere environments
  • Experience with military or government logistics systems (e.g., GCSS-Army, DMLSS, DPAS)
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS property requirements and audit processes
  • Experience supporting deployed or expeditionary medical operations
  • Exposure to medical equipment lifecycle management
  • Experience implementing barcode or RFID tracking systems
  • Professional certifications such as: Certified Professional Property Specialist (NPMA), Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), Program Management Professional (PMP)
  • Strong communicator who can bridge field operations and corporate systems
  • Lead and influence distributed teams
