Job Summary
Global Masterplan & GTM Manager to coordinate marketing governance and ensure Go-To-Market excellence across Salomon’s global organization. Drive the seasonal Masterplan across regions, act as the primary contact for regional Masterplan execution, ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and campaigns, monitor alignment with strategic briefs and launch objectives, review budgets, consolidate regional asset and activation needs, and ensure consistent omnichannel execution. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Category, Brand Marketing, Commercial, and Regional teams; support teams through complex planning cycles; drive continuous improvements in planning methodologies and the Go-To-Market operating model. Requires senior-level strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities, extensive cross-functional coordination, and excellent communication skills; based in Annecy, France, with hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management, Go-To-Market, or related functions (as per description)
- Strong cross-functional project management experience
- Matrix-organization collaboration
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus
- No direct management responsibility but strong transversal leadership
