Job Summary
Global MarTech Lead responsible for defining and delivering Castrol’s global marketing technology (Mar-Tech) strategy across all Castrol PU’s, enabling personalised, omni-channel customer experiences with data-driven capabilities. Establishes product strategy, roadmaps, and end-to-end lifecycle management from concept to scale, partnering with Digital and Marketing leadership to drive governance, data integration, and measurable business value. Drives transformation of marketing capabilities through data-driven solutions, automation, and scalable platforms; ensures compliance with data privacy and governance frameworks (GDPR); leads cross-functional teams across global markets; supports multiple concurrent projects and relocation within country when applicable. Travel up to 10% is expected; remote work is not available for this role in the specified locations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading global Mar-Tech, CRM, or digital solutions and applications (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong product management expertise across strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle delivery
- Deep understanding of marketing technologies (CRM, CDP, marketing automation, data platforms)
- Track record of delivering data-driven customer experience transformation at scale
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR)
- Excellent customer management and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to combine critical thinking with hands-on execution
- Self-starter mentality with strong communication and leadership abilities
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- University degree level or equivalent experience in computer science and/or marketing
