Global Markets Instructor (Part-Time/Contract)

Job Summary
Global Markets Instructor will deliver live, instructor-led training programs focused on sales & trading and global financial markets for undergraduate and MBA programs as well as investment banks, hedge funds, and financial institutions. Responsibilities include teaching core concepts across sales & trading, market structure, products, and risk management with real-world application; customizing delivery to different audiences and regions; completing WSP’s Train-the-Trainer Program within four weeks of onboarding; and supporting 15 days of annual training. Requires 5+ years in Sales & Trading or Global Markets roles across multiple asset classes, willingness to travel domestically and internationally, and the ability to present complex material clearly in both in-person and virtual settings. Based in the United States or the United Kingdom, with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales & Trading or Global Markets roles at a top-tier bank, hedge fund, or institutional investment firm
- Experience across two or more asset classes (Rates, Credit, Equity Derivatives, FX, Emerging Markets, Securitized Products, Cross-asset)
- Prior teaching/training or client-facing presentation experience desirable
