Job Summary
Global Marketing Operations Partner is a strategic liaison bridging MOPS with Product, Customer, and Corporate Marketing, coordinating with Growth Marketing, EMEA, and APJ to ensure process, data standards, and execution consistency. Responsibilities include planning support, operational analysis, performance insights, translating complex initiatives (e.g., CDP implementation, attribution models, journey orchestration logic) into actionable changes for non-technical partners, developing dashboards, driving MarTech tool adoption, and ensuring data integrity and governance across campaigns and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Consulting
- Experience working with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Brand/Corporate teams in a B2B enterprise environment
- Experience operating in a Partner or Liaison model within a global organization
- CRM & Automation familiarity (Salesforce, Marketo)
- Analytics proficiency (Excel; Tableau/PowerBI a plus)
- Project Management using tools like Asana and Google AppSheet
- Systems knowledge of CDP concepts and journey orchestration
- Strong relationship management, analytical thinking, and communication skills
- Global collaboration with international teams (EMEA, APJ)
