Job Summary
Lead global marketing and communications for priority clients, sectors and products with a focus on disputes, energy & infrastructure, and ESG. Act as a strategic adviser to partners and Business Development teams, developing clear, compelling messaging and integrated external/internal campaigns. Drive revenue-aligned marketing initiatives, coordinate with regional and global stakeholders, manage budgets, measure impact, and support recruitment and employee value proposition through marketing programs. Hybrid-working arrangement in London with a balance of external focus (media, campaigns, lead generation) and internal collaboration (Internal Communications, Thought Leadership, Digital).
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a communications and marketing professional.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how marketing and communications drive revenue in a sector-focused, global context.
- Direct experience across marketing, communications, and brand management with a track record of developing and executing campaigns in complex, global organizations.
- Ability to collaborate with adjacent functions (Business Development, Thought Leadership, Digital) to deliver high-value, strategic, data-driven campaigns.
- Experience across the campaign lifecycle including ideation, creative development, strategy, activation, and measurement.
