Job Summary
Global Marketing Communications Campaign Manager responsible for developing and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, support business growth objectives, and drive engagement across global markets. Build account-based marketing strategies, define target audiences and value propositions, and collaborate with regional teams to adapt global campaigns for local relevance while maintaining brand consistency. Oversee campaign creative assets (ads, landing pages, email, social, video), track KPIs (MQLs, pipeline, ROI, engagement), conduct A/B testing, and deliver regular performance insights to leadership. Manage campaign roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, leveraging analytics tools (CRM, marketing automation, web analytics) to optimize performance. Requires strong strategic thinking, cross-cultural communication, collaboration across matrixed organizations, and excellent project management and presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
