Job Summary

Global Marketing Campaign Manager responsible for strategizing, building, and executing integrated multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue. Lead ABM programs, leverage AI capabilities to automate and personalize marketing efforts, design omnichannel experiences, and map activities to the B2B customer journey. Partner with product marketing and content teams to develop assets (white papers, webinars, case studies, blogs) and manage evergreen campaigns across digital advertising, email, webinars, content syndication, and partner co-marketing. Own KPI definition, measurement, and reporting, using data to optimize campaigns in real time and demonstrate ROI/VOI. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, content, and the broader marketing team to ensure alignment and maximize impact. Monitor and manage global campaign budgets, run global webinars and email campaigns, and drive upsell and renewal opportunities among existing customers. Lead with AI and technology integration to achieve hyper-personalization and scalable content development.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • at least 4 years in global campaign management or demand generation
  • experience building and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • hands-on experience with ABM programs
  • proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce)
  • strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • ability to manage budgets and drive ROI/VOI
  • expertise in digital marketing channels (SEM/PPC, paid social, retargeting)
  • ability to collaborate cross-functionally (sales, product marketing, content)
  • excellent communication and project management skills
  • experience with AI tools for marketing functions
  • customer-centric approach and ability to define value propositions for diverse buyer roles
