Job Summary

Global Marketing Automation Senior Analyst responsible for hands-on technical development, execution, reporting, analysis, and optimization of data-driven marketing automation strategies at scale. Collaborates with internal and external teams worldwide on campaign strategy, audience strategy, data strategy, data activation, data synchronization, and data integrity. Creates and manages multi-channel campaigns using marketing automation technologies and ensures compliant execution to mitigate regulatory risk. Oversees ongoing management of marketing automation systems, develops highly personalized assets (emails, landing pages, forms, sales alerts), and implements workflow logic, data routing, audience creation, and segmentation. Analyzes campaign effectiveness, provides data-driven optimization recommendations, and ensures data quality and privacy compliance. Leads knowledge transfer as a Center of Excellence, contributes to technology and data integration, and supports vendor management and strategy across global campaigns. Requires experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, HubSpot, Acoustic), Databricks, SQL, Python, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, APIs, and campaign QA/testing. Based in Atlanta, GA with in-office requirements; visa sponsorship not offered for this position.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or internationally comparable degree)
  • Master’s degree (preferred)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, HubSpot, Acoustic Connect)
  • Strong data and analytical skills; ability to query and derive insights from large data sets
  • Knowledge of marketing automation strategies and best practices
  • Experience with data privacy compliance and regulatory considerations
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation campaigns including email, landing pages, forms, and alerts
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, Databricks
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia)
  • Ability to create templates, data segmentation, and data workflows
  • Public speaking or presentation experience to leadership and stakeholders
  • Vendor management and collaboration with cross-functional teams
