Job Summary
Develop and execute global automotive market strategies to drive profitable, sustainable growth across OEM, Tier 1, and Tier 2 segments. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging opportunities in electric vehicles, autonomous technologies, lightweighting, and sustainability while analyzing trends to shape strategic direction. Lead Voice of Customer initiatives and competitive benchmarking to inform product roadmaps and material innovation priorities. Support M&A strategy by assessing acquisition opportunities and strategic partnerships. Establish strategic relationships with industry associations and key customers to accelerate market penetration. Serve as the subject matter expert for the global automotive market, collaborating cross-functionally to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in market management, commercial strategy, or segment leadership roles
- preferably within the plastics, polymers, or specialty materials industries
- Proven success in segment execution, financial analysis, and global collaboration across sales, marketing, and technology functions
